Video transcript: Hi guys, welcome to the achievers interview here. So I have with me one of your awesome achievers is Ashish and today we're gonna talk with him in this particular interview. What you will be able to learn as outcome from this is how in the last three months or less than three months he was able to reduce 10kgs of weight from the comfort of home. What he did, how he did it, what are the challenges, what he faced, how did he overcome that of that which you'll be learning here. So if you are a person who is really looking back to get back in shape then watch this interview till the end. You will be getting a lot of nuggets from this. Yeah. Welcome Ashish. Thank you so much. Thanks for giving me opportunity to share my feedback. Thank you so much. Thank you Ashish. Thank you. So let's start with like what do you do Ashish, by profession, who you are, what you do, how many years you've been working now? Yeah, actually I have overall 8 to 9 year experience in IT industry. Currently I'm working in Pune as a software engineer in one of the leading MNC like Oracle. Awesome, awesome. Great to know that. Now you tell me that when did you join BSH Body Shred Hub? I joined on the 31st of July. The 31st of July. Oh precisely you remember the date? Okay great. So almost from August. We are right now shooting this particular interview on 28th of October. Okay, so August, September, October. So it's less than three months which is there. So can we quickly run through before you joining bsh what was your lifestyle like? Okay, what was the typical Ashish day to day life? Was there, what was the lifestyle? Can you shed some light on that? Yeah, before joining the BSH community I was bit lazy. Means not waking up early in the morning and there is some early thirtiness means I woke up around seven to eight and. And my whole day is not good miss because I'm not planning properly so it's really not up to the mark. But after joining it's good. Okay, so was it is to impact your day to day life like in terms of your work? Like also you are a quite experienced person. You. There is also expectation from your management saying that hey, you have to work this much, you have to complete these things. How was your productivity before joining bsh? Was that the same as it is currently? Before joining the BSH I feel very tired means I feel sleepiness because I'm not that much doing exercises. So that's the main impairment. I can say okay, so that is one of the major important here. Now what was that one thing which triggered you to take action or was you like okay, you just knew that you are only for a short period of time you were in this thinking process, you took the action or were you in a dilemma or you were waiting for some time higher? ABHI Kuch Karte. ABHI Kuch Karte. And you were taking a lot of time. So what was your scenario, Ashish? Yeah, actually once I joined the Oracle actually I got some corporate hoop done and there is some symptoms of pre diabetic. But on the march that happened. But on July when I see your video on Instagram and I joined that channel and when I watch your video that time I got inspired. So let's take the decision and make tasks taker rather than just watching the video. So that's the trigger I would say. Health checkup was done in March and in July. So yes there was a little bit gap. But I think you are a fast implementer. Yeah, you took action and you're doing that now. What is that? You would see that you joined a coaching program. Did you think like hey I'll do it on my own. Any weight is I can reduce it on my own. Had you had that thought and were you able to successfully do that on your own? Yeah, before joining that I had a thought but I can't do consistently because we said that it's no one is there to monitor us. So we can sleep today that that thing happened. Yeah, we can do it tomorrow. Okay. Okay. So now let's come to the now we are in July. Okay, so March, what started happening when you joined in the initial first week? Can you walk us through what is the first week? August first week when you joined the community, what was your like? You might have not worked at all for workout for long. Probably you didn't treat food in the way which you start treating now. What was the first week like? There are three batches we have like 5:30 so I thought let's go with 5:30 so we will utilize more put alarm. I woke up 5:30 and join. So first few days I like I thought there is no proper sleep but when my body get used to it it went well and also I feel energetic on that day and initial days there was some pain in my body but after that it went well. Right now what do you see? Like we train as a community, we train as a group or the online. So those who are not having understanding or concept of this, you're listening to us for the first time. So I'm a certified fitness trainer and I run a community called Bodyshed Hub and we do live workouts which is. I think most more people should start doing this because people need a feedback, they need evaluation on the form what they're doing right or wrong. And when it is done in a group, what do you see that you are trying to do alone before, now it's a group. You're all in different. Different places, your own houses, but still it is a group. What we are training live. So what is that impact on you, Ashish? Yeah, in group actually there is a competition on ourselves also I remember there is one event we organized on the 15th of August. That day we. Yeah, that day we have done competition and also I'm able to do push up. I remember that. So I'm able to achieve that mark milestone and there is like competition and enthusiasm that we have to do better each and every day. Absolutely. It was a crazy fun. So I think we should publish a video on the 15th of August. We have not done that so. But it was an awesome competition between all the athletes in our community. Few of them very beginners, few of them intermediates like for RC shooters. 15 days for you, right? You just joined time but still I think you won one of the prize. You did that great job. So now let's come to the fact that you started this first week has gone by now run it through that. What are these small changes or big changes we should start doing in your lifestyle? Because you are training for 45 minutes with me. After that the remaining 23 hours is where you are with yourself. What are the changes we should start doing? Can you share on that? Yeah, the first thing like there is one one fitness thing. And also you suggested to watch the video of strangers secret. So in that they showed they told us to make our goal. So my goal that. And also there is one course like blueprint Body sh. Blueprint course in initial three days. There also I just check that my goal is to reduce 10kg in three months. So I achieved that. So that the first thing. So goal setting is very important thing. Goal setting. What are the things you started with goal setting Stranger secret. You started listening body sh Blueprint. So you're going through the process. Whatever we are built in going through the process. What are the other things which you started doing changes? Yeah, after that we have to actually the 10k steps regularly. So I watch one one of your YouTube video in that you mentioned that most probably I work in home. So how can we achieve 10k. So initially in the morning I do walk and some running. And in the middle day when there is meeting I just listen in and I just walk in the home only so that I can achieve 10k. Yeah. Movement. The movement becomes medicine. So you are moving a lot. Yes. Great. Anything else you started? Yeah. Also in the after dinner I go with my wife for walk. So there is a change in my environment also. And also kid is also Kid is also saying jump, jump, jump. He's also jumping. She's also jumping. She's only 1.5 years. So there is impact. And also the sugar intake I have reduced everything. So in home also the relatives also thinking whether to not eat that do or anything because I'm not eating. So they think like this is poison for them also. Great. Now tell me interesting thing. You have a one and a half years kid and also your wife. How are they taking up your progress which you made in the last three months? Is there any impact on them also? Yeah, there is a positive impact in relationship. She's saying like now we are looking very good. And also there is. My father in law is saying that I went recently I visited their place. The father in law is saying that you are looking very good. Looking good in the marriage also. But now you're looking more good. I think great stuff. Great, great progress which you are getting compliments now. And so what is that you would recommend or you would in your place. Let's suppose Ashish 31st July met you and is asking that hey, what is that? In the next three months I can anticipate in BSH what I can expect in vsh. What do you have to say with your previous Ashish three months back today? Yeah, I will say like that day I have taken good decision. We have to just follow the process. Process is very important. Just go with process. Everything will achieve because we have all the modules and every secrets. Everything is done, all courses are done. Just go along with that. So everything will happen smoothly. Yeah. So I will say that super, super great, wonderful. I'm really proud of what you have been able to achieve in the last three months. This is one thing which I see a very prominent in Ashish is whatever he does. Okay. So your thoughts, words and action has to align. If you're a person watching this interview by Ashish and you are inspired by his progress, what he has made in the last three months, ask yourself one thing. Are you aligning your thoughts, words and action? Whatever you're saying, are you doing whatever thinking are you doing? If you're not doing that somewhere you are lying to yourself. And if you're lying you cannot be progressing in career or your life, your fitness relationship, all of that will start going downwards. I've been in that particular situation. I was 96.3 kgs and when I started aligning my thoughts, words and action that's where the life started becoming an order. And today we are the founders of Bodystrate Hub and this can work for you. So if you're looking for guidance in terms of your weight loss, fat loss, getting back in shape and getting into the right mental mindset then I also given you a link where you can attend my webinar like how Ashish attended the webinar a few months back and you can be a next testimonial where I would be taking your interview and getting you on track so that you can adjust you better secrets. Okay so better results in your life. All of that. Perfect. Great. So any Ashish for you? Any one thing you would you like that other people should start doing? Okay, one motto of yours if you want to share with the world what is that one thing which everybody should start doing for their health? I will say like everybody should spend at least 45 minutes in their healthy habits because if you sleep and if you do that there eventually your age will get reduced and you'll be having lots of disease and everything. Just spend 45 minutes and it will be helpful and also by instead of doing by one just join this community. It will really helpful for everyone. I really appreciate Ashish you recommending it. So really thank you for that. Perfect. Thank you very much. So those who are watching this particular video, if you're not like this video yet then like this video. IT Manager
Video transcript: Super evening guys. Super morning Wherever you're watching this video from. So myself Shravitej and this is my community member here Janatanam and I'll call him Jana in this particular video. 2nd January so it was your new year resolution you started with. Awesome. Awesome. Great. In this video what you can expect is his journey of the last three months. What are kind of things which he improved over the last three months, what weight loss he had. All of that we'll be going through in this video so stay till the end I'm going to share you. What are the next steps you can do to improve your overall health, Health, weight loss, all of that. So Jana, where you're from, what you do? I'm the senior support manager in one of the bank in the payment domain. The work stress is always there and it is like, you know when I log in I don't know what happens. I just sink in my work. The main issue I faced before joining the community like one is I was fighting with the fatigue post to Covid back to back last year. Second is the chronic back pain which I was suffering almost 10 years but last year it was very worse almost in the lower disc except the L1, L2 all the discs having the compression and the disc bunch. I was undergoing the physiotherapy that is when my physiotherapy post decompression and traction treatments he suggested to go for a strength training. So until then I was not really realized the importance of strength training because I was the kind of person who always goes behind cardio and yoga related programs. Yeah. So that is when I got to know about you through my friend Jay who has already achieved some weight loss and other health benefits as of today what I achieved as I said fatigue and back pain. Along with that I also achieved 9 kgs of weight loss. Awesome. As of today and body fat percentage around 3 percentage got reduced and visceral fat 1 or 2%. Nice with that. I also feel like, you know I am more energetic, more strengthened in my day to day activities. Whether it's physical, mental, whatever it is in office, coffees or at home I am able to do more than what I was doing already. Right. Awesome. Now one thing very interestingly you said is cardio you wanted to do and in cardio you sweat a lot, right? Yeah. You feel energetic. Wow. You are drenched in sweat. All of us want to feel that adrenaline. Maybe in strength training you'll not sweat that much. Yeah. The thing I want to ask you is why investing into a mentor how it has paid you back. What I was doing all these years, cardio and maybe some yoga, stretching with that, what happened? I reduce it and again get back to the same weight. Again I reduce it. Then last three, four years, all my cardio workouts, it stopped responding to my body. So that is when I heard first time the word plateau. Scary word. But one good thing is that to my body, I never tried any particular strength trainings. So probably after following the strength trainings with the right guidance, because I was already suffering back pain and I was very scared of trying it. I remember the first initial 15 days. Your first question was ravish, this is all fine, but will you, will it hurt my back? I'm very scared. That was your question. And in fact the confidence he gave me that. I mean, there are some things which still in my mind, what you thought form is more important than intensity. Right. Consistency is more important than intensity, all these things. So I just stick to those things. And also during the live workout, he used to correct my posture out of our excitement or whatever, we tend to follow the wrong postures, which in turn again hurts back those things. You took care of me during the live workout session. So I think all these things together paid the good positive results. So now I am not only benefited, my entire family is getting positively influenced and they are also seeing the changes on myself as well as they are changing on their habits as well. And they started going for walking, they started naturally cutting certain foods. Right. And children are getting habituated to physical activities like cycling, all those things. So I. I'm overall feeling happy because it is impacting not only my physical aspect, it impacts my emotional aspect. I feel always more positive about myself and confidence. Wow. And also sometime I feel like, you know, I mean, you say that while doing the exercise, in fact, I start feeling proud about myself because I was not able to achieve all these last two, three years. Whatever that I did, it impacts all the aspects. It's not only physical. Absolutely. I would highly recommend somebody who is like Jana, who is really working hard for the family, who is really putting that 10 hours, 12 hours, 14 hours into job. You need a better quality of life. Because I worked in corporate for 10 years. As we all talk about work, life, balance, what it really means also is you having more energy, you having that balance with your family, with your loved ones, and having that kind of more confidence within you. So if that is something excites you and resonates you, I would highly recommend that you would join our community Body Shred hub. You can go to coachrabitesh.com forward/join where you can join the community or if you want to know more about it, attend my next live masterclass which is on coachrabitesh.com live. So thank you very much for staying till this long in this video. I hope you got inspired by Jenna and you would be one such person would like to interview like this in the future. And congratulations for 9kgs of weight loss for you in the last three months and I look forward to seeing you in the best shape ever. Okay, thank you very much. Awesome.

Video transcript: Basically If I take one and a half years back I was like close to 108kg. And then I just got into a corporate health checkup, right. So I was told I'm having a pre diabetes. And second is fatty liver which is a great. Apart from that I used to have a cervical sponditis, kind of a neck pain and also a hand pain. So this together it was like felt very bad. First of all my family also felt like, I mean you are into this situation, have two daughters, 13 years old and 7 years old. Finally tried doing something like doing walking, getting into this healthy family, all this. Only thing is like I couldn't be consistent and I couldn't sustain. Also like got into some kind of a weight loss somewhere like 5kg. But it's like I was gaining it again. So only after getting into your community it's like from one or eight I got to like one or three. One or two. That is a maths I could do after getting into our community. Now I could reduce it to 93 which is something like total is like 1516 kilograms. Nice. Which is like mind blowing for me and also my family members. So that is a big thing. And the recent thing is like I got into the checkup so two months back it's completely like reversed the no diabetes. Now it's completely normal. Second is a fatty liver also it is, it's grade one. I mean it's not like zero, but at least from two I could go to one. And shortly with further right weight reduction it would be a normal. And there is no neck pain, nothing. Kind of a trigger finger what they, they call it. But now it's nothing like. So this is the change that has happened in the Hill.

Rini
Home Maker
Video transcript: Hi guys. Today we are in the Achiever series and we are here with us. Rini is there with us and she is one of our community members who is inspiring a lot, many members. So we're going to listen from her today. So I'm excited to welcome you Rini. Welcome. Welcome to the Sachivers series. Thank you sir. Yes. So can you introduce to the viewers that where you're from, what you do and how did you get into this community? Sure. Hello everyone. My name is Rini. I'm from Chennai. I'm a new mom. I have a one year old daughter. I'm currently a stay at home mom. I take care of my daughter. So after my postpartum I gained a lot of weight and I wanted to work on myself to get more energy to run behind my daughter and do things at home. So that's when I was looking out for some kind of support and then I happened to stumble upon the master class that we're offering. So I joined this community. I attended the trial class and then I joined this community. Initially my thought was just to go for a month but then I got motivated and I joined in the middle of August. Now right now it's mid of December, about to be mid of December. So almost five to six months. Five months I believe I'm here with this community. It has been a community, has been a great support and motivation for me and, and also it has worked in my own life like real time examples everybody can look for. Awesome, awesome. So it's been five months. So what kind of results have you got Rini? I think most of us would have the same kind of question like how much time it will take. I think some of us will have this mindset that oh, how much time it will take to get the result, lose weight, all of that. So what has been your take on that and has that mindset changed over time and what results have you got? So when I joined I was weighing 73 kgs. I would say it was not my highest because I used to weigh even more. I was already trying to be active but I couldn't stick to a plan. Like I was not committed enough to go by myself. I wanted to support someone, you know, to inspire me every single day and that was the support I got from the community. If not one person, the other person constantly. In the past five months I've been seeing so many inspiring stories. Even coach's story itself is inspiring. It's like I can relate it to my personal life and I was able to stick to A discipline to follow the routine. Right. Now, just yesterday I weighed myself and I'm 65kg. I've reduced about 8kgs in this span of five months. So that's my journey for the past five months. Superb. Superb. Good to know that Rini and I saw the message which you shared it yesterday and that shared in and there might have been already some difficulty, right, Like a difficulty in terms of you are not able to get all the things. Maybe it is she for the, for the kind of clarity for the viewers here is dumbbells or yoga mat or any kind of equipment which you say Rini doesn't have it, but still she is, she is doing everything what is possible to get it and she's getting results. So one thing what we can see here is it's not about a fancy equipment or it's not about a fancy shoes or any kind of thing. It is, it just requires a lot of dedication about your goal. Okay, so would you like to add on that, anything? Rini, as you rightly brought up this, I don't have pair of good pair of exercise shoes. I don't have a yoga mat or a rain scale or not a double. You, you, you've been giving us tips like if you don't have a dumble, fill up your water bottles and use it or even use a heavy book that you can balance. That's going to be your challenge for today. And yeah, I didn't really need any of this. Maybe it would have been useful. But even without that, in the past five months I was able to reduce 8kg. That is only because of my, you know, the need, the desire that I had in myself. I was so fixed to lead a healthier life. I wanted to, you know, build myself strongly. I want to become better for my own self, for my daughter. I need to raise her, I need to be available for her as a mom to pick her up to, you know, be to go behind her and provide for her physically. I want to be for her. I didn't want to and I have a lot of health complications as well. I don't want that to be a reason or excuse for her to not to have or anything that she deserves. When you started, it might be difficult, right? Like maybe you had started your healthy lifestyle maybe a few months back. But training, getting up in the morning, having a small kid, I think the sleeping patterns will be all over the place. Some days it might be early sleeping, some days a little late. So what made you to push through and overcome all these challenges so I would say when we have the like, for myself to just talk for myself, I would say I had this desire and I want to work on my health and this is the only chance that I'm going to get every single day. That's my, Even now, that's my thing that I have in my mind. And if not in the morning, I will join in the evening. So I want to do five days, like workout five days a week. Even initial days, I was so pumped up that I. I would do workouts in the weekends, even during the day, even though I finished my workout, I would walk, I would do something from the Internet, I just take some videos and I work out on myself. Initial first three months or so soon after I was seeing results and I kind of knew how to balance, not to stress so much about the discipline, but also give my body some kind of rest. And I think the plan that you've laid out is very brilliant. Five days a week and two days of rest. And it's not a continuous rest. The rest is going to be middle of the week, one day. That's like. I really like the schedule. It's so brilliantly planned. I'd say that helped me. I didn't understand initially, you know, as a beginner, when I started, I was so enthusiastic. I wanted to do more, we do more, I'll achieve more. That kind of enthusiasm was there. But then I understood the theory of what is being planned and why there is three sets and how many reputations those exercises are done. And in each day we are working on each muscle, each part of the body. And then I didn't have all those knowledge. But after working out in this community, that's when I understood, okay, so I need to have some kind of patience and some dedication and desire to work on myself. And yeah, that's how I started off. And then now I'm like in the right case, I believe. Super awesome. Super awesome. So after joining this community, what skill set or what knowledge you gathered which you didn't had before? I didn't have any of this discipline before that. That's the plain truth. So even drinking water, I, I didn't know that I can drink more than two liters. I, I used to drink two liters a day. And I was thinking like, okay, that that's like quite a good amount of water that a person needs for a day. And I'm like, hydro six. I don't know that there is a measurement, a calculation that can be done with respect to our body weight and how much my Body needs starting from water, sleep. The quality of sleep is also, you know, affecting our body's health. So fat and food, every single meal I need to include protein. The importance of that. And I'm also pre diabetic. So the diet that I've changed in the past five months, that is helping me, you know, with my weight loss also with my diabetic condition. Like I, I'm sure, I'm pretty sure I can challenge the doctors like I was given in the coming 10 years I would become diabetic. That's what they, they have told me. But I'm pretty sure if I'm going to follow this regimen, I'm not going to be there yet. At least in 10 years. I'm going to definitely buy some more years for myself. So that's what I'm working on. And yeah, food, sleep, water and activity. How much like I cannot be sitting in the same place for the entire day. I need to do my 10 so much is there that that's my knowledge that I've learned which I had are not known at all. Right. Even using the equipments like dumbbells and the bands, resistant bands, I've never come across or like experimented by, by myself. Even though I'm using water bottle today till today. Yeah, I don't know how to do those things and what kind of muscles are being exercised on so, so much knowledge I've gained in this past five months within my own body. I need to explore so many things. That's what I've understood. Good to hear that because that shows that it's always about learning, you know, like we are never done with learning. And every single today also I've been reading a book which talks about. Okay, this is something which I didn't know. So I keep on reading. And that's what has been there in the community also. Somebody learns something new, they share it in the group. And that's where collectively, as a, as a community, we are growing. We are, we are becoming better. Wonderful. So I want to understand next thing is what would you. If you are starting now. Okay, let's suppose you are starting brand new today. Okay, so Rini is starting brand new today. What would you. What are the three tips which you will give to yourself with whatever you know today? Okay. Just considering that I think her video got frozen up, but she should be back. Rini, can you hear me? Just checking. Yeah, go ahead. And what are the three things which you would do if you're just starting now? So for myself, if I'm Starting for now, as a first, as a beginner, I would keep myself reminding about the one reason why I want to become healthier. And that's not a bad thing. I, I should always focus like that. I need to become healthier. And then this second point is to wisely choose my food. Even though many people around me, they are having something sweet or that's not healthy, I should know that and be aware that that's not healthy. So I should make wise choices. And yeah. And thirdly, to commit myself to the communities plan. If I'm going to make a plan by myself, I know I'm not going to stick to it. It's nice. Like personally for me, I'm good in a team. So I have a team now. Now I can work with my team. So I don't want to give myself my own plans, but I will have to clock with my own. Yeah. So committing to the process. Committing to the process, choosing your food wisely and having a strong emotional goal which will keep you for a longer time in the game for a longer time. Super awesome. That were three things which you will give suggestions to any new person or you starting back. Wonderful, Wonderful. And that's where a lot of people go wrong, is having an unrealistic expectation. And also just with the superficial answers like, okay, I want to look good, but if I, if I bring your favorite dish, okay, favorite sweet in front of you, and if I say that, don't eat it. You want to look good, you will never listen to me. You'll never listen to me. You're gonna grab that favorite food of yours and you can eat it unless you have a very important reason. And that reason. Would you like to share with everybody in the viewers that what is your reason? What is your deep emotional reason? Why are you putting in so much of effort and there might be some ups and downs. So why are still sticking to the plan? So my main reason is my daughter. Yeah. Yes. So you can, you can explain about more about your deep emotional reason. Yes, sir. My deep emotional reason is my daughter. I gave birth to my first daughter in last year, October. And after seeing her like I was 28 when I delivered my first baby. So in 28 years of my life, I have messed up so much with my health. I've taken very, very bad choices and I have suffered the consequences of the choices in the worst possible ways one can imagine. So I didn't want that to continue. I want to, you know, do something better for myself so that I can be there for my daughter. So that's my deep emotional reason I want to I even today, every single moment, every time I'm going to see her, I'm reminded that I need to be healthy for her, to be there for my daughter. So that's my goal and reason why I'm working out on myself. Wonderful, wonderful. Super awesome. Okay, so last one question for you is there are so many things which is there in the Internet, right? If you go search in Google there's so many workouts which you may get. You may, in YouTube you may find something. But why do you think according to you you might also try it on your own to do certain things or seeing certain other YouTubes or other videos. But why do you think a community is needed? Why you think a proper plan is needed, a process is needed and what is missing right now which a lot of people when they get started they will always be looking at. Okay, what can I do it freely? What can I do it without paying anybody? Like we give today I was seeing a video and in that Sandeep Maheshwari sir, he was saying that in our schooling we give tuition fees. If you go to college, you go to somewhere else and when you start working on your body you want to do it on your own. So what is your take on that? What do you think about it? Yeah Rini, go ahead and what do you think about this? Okay, so I, I think it's important to stick with the community because like minded people are there and it's easier for one to pursue their goals and to, you know, to get motivated and inspire each and every single day because this is not going to happen overnight. This is a periodic process. So it's easier for us to stick into a routine and be disciplined when we do it in a group. That's one reason that I would recommend joining a community and getting inspired. It's not something that if we are following three things from YouTube or something we are not sure, we might get deviated wrongly. We're not, we won't be on track. But here if we have a community, we know where we are going. And then so that's the main reason why I would. Awesome, awesome, wonderful Rini. So, so inspiring interview of Rini here. So if you want to be part of this community and I would give the link here, you can go to coachravitej.com and there you would find the link to register for the next masterclass. Go to the description of this particular video, you will find the registration link and you would also become part of the community. And we look forward to interviewing here in this kind of format in Achievers series. So with that, bye bye, take care and see you.

Video transcript: Welcome guys, it's Ravitesh. Here you are into one of the hall of fame interviews and we are with Sudeep. Sudeep joined the Teach Fitness community in December 2020 at 100.5kgs. And right now we are in May and he's able to lose 10.5 kgs. So in 5 months he was able to effectively lose 10.5 kgs. So welcome to hall of Fame Sudeep. Thanks. Everything perfect. Perfect. So, so just tell the viewers that where you're from, what you do, little bit about yourself. I have been in the IT industry for the last 13.5 to 14 years. I basically helped from West Bengal but I now stay in Bangalore. But yeah, as in, you know the life in it is very sedentary. Right. So being a puri. So I had been, you know, I didn't take care of my health much. I had been eating here and there, you know, a lot of junk food and keeping on, you know, putting on weight like anything. When I passed out of college I was like you know, 78 or 75 to 78 at range and within 13 years I have crossed the century limit. So it was like 100.5. Yeah, till then, I mean since then it was like a kind of, I would say a burden on me because as I kept on aging from 22 to 35 and having a family and a kid I could realize that you know, things are not going in the correct way. You know, I'm losing energy, losing focus, losing concentration. All it was all around the place. 2020 As I said, you know, as you mentioned I joined this fitness session from Ravi Page. You know the first thing is that struck in my mind was like I can transform myself. My mindset changed for the very first thing just to prioritize what needs to be done, my mindset changed. Eating healthy. I couldn't start it in the very first week. No, it was not there. Slowly and gradually I knew what to eat, what not to eat. Then doing a regular or workout session, you know, you know, kind of minding my health because when the health, you know, gave a backtick to my life, you know, being very sedentary. So that point of time I realized that this is high time I should, you know, you know, check on myself. So thanks to Ravi and his session, so it now it happens. Like I, I usually don't like to miss a session when I miss because of certain, you know, other things coming to becoming the picture, I miss it badly. I try to do it in the offline timing but in this course of this last five months what I have learned is how to take care of myself, how to eat healthy, how to quantify my eating and how to do regular exercise and you know, apart from the sessions also you know keeping on, you know this 10,000 steps although I'm not able to do every day but at least some days. And the best part is being mobile and you know, keeping myself healthy, always keeping myself active rather than, you know, just eating anything. You know I think the last KFC I had was at January maybe neither. I do long for it much initially I used to like fried foods and all but now I don't long for it but I'm not and my journey is still not ended and the journey is ongoing, just the beginning. So sudeep great. I know you have a lot of share but for the viewers let us go on to some points which will really help anybody and with your story they will get inspired. I know your story personally but I want to bring that to any individual. Like what was your initial mindset? We discussed on this when you joined the community when we had a one to one call with you. What was initially your identity to yourself and now what is your identity to yourself? So when you look into the mirror what used to feel before and now what you are feeling now? Can you stress on that? That's a very good question. Yeah, that actually you know that was a kind of catalyst of you know the triggering point to make that change. So I was like known, I was like known to be fat. Everyone took me for granted to be fat like this Sudeep cannot change. Sudeep symbolizing Sudeep is like he is a very fat every guy. So that kept on hitting me somewhere in the back of my mind and I used to look at the mirror and say is this really what I want to be? How I should be called or known for that changed gradually when you know, after this, when this lockdown happened and all and even I met people after months, like four or five months or they came and saw and they told me you have changed, you have lost weight. And that the same people who had been, you know mocking or you know being you know making fun of got, you know really, they got really backsided and said you have really changed. So that point I really felt good. Okay. At least whatever effect I put in that has, you know come into picture. So that's what my experience, that was your validation somebody else gave. But when was to yourself, you said to yourself that no, I am different. I, I do not Associate myself with what was the previous thing? When was that? When I. Okay, that. That happens when I lost the first 3 kgs. So when I lost, I came from 900.5 to 97.5. Okay. That, that part of time made me feel okay. And that was. That happened, you know, in a span of two and a half months, I would say. And that point, I really felt good myself from within that. Yes, I can change. Great, Wonderful, wonderful. So the next question is what? You also tried losing weight before through various other methods. Okay, will not name them. But from that to my community, what did you feel the change? Okay, yeah, I did. I tried to. Because since I was in a continuous, you know, field of getting mocked of being my weight, like so I failed to do, you know, I went to multiple, you know, cleaning spaces, cementing spaces. So yeah, they reduced seven to eight kilos of mine, I won't deny that. But there was no consistency. I gained 10 kilos in another three or four months, which is totally zero or negative. Here in this session here, there is a consistency. You spend some money for that, of course. How much did you spend on that? 15K. 15K. Okay, 10 and 15, I think first I give 10.5 and then. Okay, I remember, I guess 10.5 or 11K in the first phase. And the next 4K was to trim the face pad. Okay, face pad. Because I mean, it is not a gradual reduce overall. They will target areas and try to put, you know, machines out there or you know, solutions out there to a particular target area like tummy and all, which is our always main area. But it doesn't reduce totally from the face and all right, so each, each and every point to target differently. And you spend. Now what you want to know the reality is, is can you reduce by using targeting, can you spot reduction? Is it possible now you got the. No knowing the truth. Yeah. More than being fit, the correct knowledge of how to get fit is what I get from you. Right, right. So now that was your first encounter with weight loss. What is you joined in Tej Fitness and what did you understand from here in our community? What all things you felt it was different. Maybe there it didn't need much hard work. Right. It was like slimming center. No hard work. There will be machinery all over me. Yeah, it's just machines all over you. They doing the work. You are not doing the work. But here what changed that you started doing the work. You started putting in that work of every day, 45 minutes of workout, participating in walkathon and eating healthy. And avoiding junk, keeping your mindset properly. So can you just go on those two points? Yes, definitely. First of all, when you say community, it is, it is a community of people wherein, you know, I, there are people who were already doing before me, there are people who joined after me so I could, I think I might get inspiration to people who have joined after me. But the people who were already doing and they were doing in a regular post were an inspiration to me and they are all of my age because always the age factor also runs behind the mind because I'm not 22 year old guy. Right. I'm 35 year old. So would all the, you know, exercises be applicable to me or would I be able to do given a point of fact that I had the flip desk issue, now a spine issue, which this is one more thing I wanted to add with the exercises. And they told me that, you know, initially I cannot lift heavy weights and all, but that is absolutely a myth. I am lifting, I have got dumbbells, I am lifting that in a proper way. I am doing the warm up and cool down which relaxes all the muscles so that. And I have the pain I used to get because of my sitting all day in it field that has reduced. So that is one great achievement apart from losing weight. I don't, I don't have that, you know, scientific pain now. Yes. I used to have a sciatica. No pain before. Yeah, yes. Yeah. I did an MRI in that point of time when I was like 26 or 27 years old. And they told me to go for an operation because it was like six of lumbar spine. Seven, six and seven. I remember that. But now there is no pain at all. I'm being lifting weights, heavy weights also. There's no pain because I know how to do it, do it properly, correctly. And also doing the warm ups and cool down so that it doesn't happen abruptly. Right. That is one thing I have learned. Second thing in this community I have learned is, you know, if you can't talk about the quantitative nutrition, you know, some people told me that, you know, why you are eating all this, you just can have three, you know, kind of cucumbers a day. And that is not going to help you because I have to work also. I have to spend energy also to my family. I have a kid of three and a half years old. So by reading the e book that we have and how to calculate the actual BMIs and you know, the TD, the total daily energy expenditure and from there calculating how much of Calories I should intake depositing my calorie but still having the energy to work. So that is what I have learned here and several weeks. So were you starving when you started this? No. Initially I felt because I had a crave for food, we had to reduce that crave after a gradual transformation. Right. I am having. I am not having a empty stomach like that. My stomach is filled. But not with junk food. With proper food. What I need for my calorie deficit. Food only. But stomach is filled. That is what I have learned. That is. And I never feel like that because if I'm hungry, I won't be able to work. I won't be able to concentrate in my work. That is not happening. So that's what I have learned here. And third thing is like I get inspired by people when they really do good work. And I mean good work in the sense there are people who are doing 10k marathons and cycle rides and all which you know, even if, even if you're on a Sunday morning, actually, okay, it's fine, it's Sunday. But as I actually get into Strava, right. People are doing 50k. You know, cycle ride. I'll take especially because I'll tell you has been inspiration to me and that. That let me know even if it. I couldn't go 7am in the morning, 9 I woke up late, but I went. So that inspiration is always there. I feel this has become a part and parcel of my life. Great. Everyone give me three things which you did right before you were not doing it. And now you do three things which you are inculcated in your lifestyle. First thing is prioritizing stuff. Prioritizing stuff. First thing first. What do you prioritize? Sorry, what do you prioritize? Prioritize means like I am not. I. I will join this sessions everyday session. I am not going to miss that. Sometimes it doesn't happen, but I will. Do I have to do it as a part of my daily routine? If not from 7 to 7:45, I'm engaged or some other work has come in between. I will do it at 10 to 1045 also. But I have to do that in a day. So you have scheduled it. That is your priority. You have to do it. Yes. What is the next point? The next point is eating healthy. Okay. Eating healthy. Okay. Yeah, I would say that, you know, because if I am doing all exercises and keep on eating junk, that won't help. So quantitative nutrition as I have learned from you and the right amount of. I mean it is not only eating proteins and not only eating, you know, kind of fruits and all. It is everything in the. In the diet with the correct proportions and percentages. All the nutrients in the proper proportion. Good. What is the third one? Third one I would say staying. Staying focused on the goal. Stay focused on the goal. Perfect. So you set the goal, you are being focused there. Second thing you are prioritizing it. Third thing, you are quantitatively having nutrition. Perfect. These are the three things which Sudeep would like you to do. Okay, if you are starting your fitness journey and in case you want to know the system what Sudeep followed then I'll be sharing the link in the description of the YouTube channel. You can go there. Whether you are seeing the on Facebook or you are seeing on YouTube go to the website Tej Fitness, TJ Fitness Co forward slash Bootcamp. Okay, the next bootcamp which I'm starting is on June 1st. If you'd like to be part of that then do go there, hit there and register yourself. And I only work with limited number of people so do that I asap. Okay, so thank you everybody and Sudeep, thank you for your persistence and for you having that goal and not letting go. And we will catch up when we'll hit that goal of 20 kgs weight loss. Okay, so we are in progress. We will do that iasap. Okay, thank you Sudeep, thanks for being here. Okay, thank you so guys, bye bye. See you in the next one.

Video transcript: Welcome to this Achievers series. We have here Sopna with us and she's from Austin, Texas and let's hear from her, what is her journey? So hi Supna, welcome to Achievers series. Hi Ravi, how are you? I'm doing good, I'm doing good and thank you for doing this. And the whole objective of this Achievers series, anybody watching this is you. Because in a fitness journey there is a lot of phases, ups and downs and very, very shortly. Once you start a fitness journey from being motivated, you get demotivated very shortly because results doesn't come as fast as we expect. So this series will help you to get inspired from achievers, from our community fitness for techies and it should help you to take action. That's the whole objective of this achieve a series. Enjoy the series. Yes, Sapna, so share a little bit about you, where you're from, what you do. So like Ravi mentioned, I'm Swapna from Austin, Texas. I have moved to US like five years ago and from the time I moved to us I had a lot of challenges that I was going through in my life and then because of these challenges it had a negative impact on my health. So I was going through a lot of health issues and I gained a lot of weight, literally almost like 30 pounds more than what I will. So I, because of the weight I was not able to do anything. I was not motivated nor confident enough to do anything. So one of my friends Sangeeta has introduced me to Ravi. And then I think I was till then I was always hesitating to join up workout sessions. But then after talking to Ravi I felt like, okay, I can give it a try. So Ravi convinced me that yeah, it would be a slow pace where you can take it slow and do things work out on an easy ways. So yeah, I said okay, let me try for a month. But then I did join and then I will Initially I was like little less confident about the workouts. But then eventually I started getting up early and then I started doing it. So yeah, that's how I started. And then the first month I did not see any results. But slowly, slowly I have been seeing results. I was 162 pounds when I joined. Now I'm like around 152. So I almost lost 10 pounds and I haven't followed the diet properly yet. Maybe I would have seen better results if I would have followed the diet. Yes. And yeah, so that's the journey in the last six months. So tell me about your usual day, Sapna. Like, like what do you work in? I mean which profession is there? What kind of lifestyle you have currently? So I'm into information security. So most of the time I sit on my laptop. So and then I never used to mingle with people but then now I'm doing it. So my current routine is like waking up, doing the workout, taking my dog out for walk, then working for now I just make sure I'm just working for nine hours. Earlier I used to sit like 10 to 12 hours. Now I'm just trying to sit not more than nine hours. So yeah, that's with the work. And then I take my dog out for walk again and then I try to see I can make at least 10,000 steps in a day. So yeah, I spend some time out with him and then come back, make some food, eat or just get something from outside and eat. And then if there are any events around, I go and attend those events. So earlier I just after walking him I used to come and just it and watch tv but now with the confidence I have, I'm just going around and meeting people. Wonderful, wonderful. So how do you define like before doing this transformation in terms of mindset? Okay, how important do you think the mindset change has been and this workouts, this kind of knowledge, what you gathered, the nutrition guidance, what do you think has made your mind mindset shift? How the mindset has shifted, what was before now, what is the mindset? What do you think about? Definitely my mindset has changed a lot. When I compare it before I started working and now before workout, I used to hear people talking about protein content and then working out or doing something. But I used to think like why are these people so concerned about. But now it all makes sense for me. Like so now when I pick even the jack food, I try to see if there is some or the other protein in it. Doesn't matter if it is like 2 or 3 grams. But then I just see that does it have any protein or not? So that made so the workouts made me aware of the protein contents. So that's one thing. And when it comes to the confidence, before the workouts, I never had any kind of confidence. I'm like, unless it's a known people, I never used to have the confidence to go and meet people or the guts that okay, I can go and meet them and talk about something. But now I have that confidence to go and meet people and talk to them, even if it's known people. And so the confidence levels have increased after the workout. Now in this journey I Am very sure in your journey there might be a lot of days where you felt that you don't want to wake up, you don't want to do that training, you don't want to follow through. So what kept you in the track? I think most of the people would be very interested to know how did you become consistent? And I'm very sure you are not like a morning person doing workout before. And just for the sake of all the people viewers here, did you ever do workout before in your life before joining? Definitely not. I used to do a little bit of walking, but workout is like this is the first time I have started working out. So I didn't even know what exactly was a double earlier before starting with rally. So so that's how my workout knowledge is about earlier. So you can, we can simply say that whether somebody is a very beginner or experience, it doesn't matter if you have the intent for it. Yeah, correct. Yes, absolutely. So, yeah, right. And then coming to consistency, there were times where I felt like, no, I'll not join. I mean, I'm feeling lazy to wake up. But then eventually, because I have been seeing results on my health and my confidence levels that motivated me to come back and join and start like be consistent in working out. Sometimes I used to feel like I'm very tired or something. So. But still, because I'm seeing the results, I was able to be consistent. The results were not like quick, like not in 10, 15 days. But then they were slowly I was seeing the results. So yes, that made me be consistent. Super. Super. Now what we have a concept of deep emotional reasons in our community. We call it der where understanding somebody's deep emotional reason and connecting that to the fitness which we always talk about is just give example to the viewers. Here is if somebody comes with the intent, oh, I want to look good, I want to lose some weight, I want to be in a favorite clothes. That's all good. But if you have a real challenge, take example. If somebody has to attend a big important meeting in their office and in the evening you need to do a workout, will you do that workout or will you skip? It all depends upon what is a deep emotional reason and is that reason connecting you to your fitness goals. So how important has been that understanding and what is that? Was that something as you ever thought about in fitness journey? Like having a big reason will really matter to you being consistent? Yes, definitely. Because I was a social person because of my health issues and the weight, I was like not confident enough to being social and yeah, Workouts. For me, health was the biggest concern. It having low confidence and everything was showing impact on my health. So I just wanted to get faith initially. That was my reason for joining the workouts. Basically like, okay, I need to start concentrating on myself and then I need to get fit. I should get out of all these health problems that I have. So that was my biggest reason to join the workout. Yeah. So. And then the looking at the results where slowly my health was improving. And then, yes, I started losing weight. So this all made me like, okay, I should. Workouts are not bad. It's not something like, okay, you will. You can start and leave it. So I started continuing it. Yeah. Super awesome. Now I remember one text of yours which you sent a few months back. And that text was something like this. I don't know the exact wording, but it was like, hey, I just went outside. I was hearing a music somewhere. It was ringing and I danced. You remember you. You sent me a message, something on that line. So. Yes. What. What happened? So I like dancing too, but I literally cannot dance. And there was one, this song, Rangi Lo Baro Dolena. I think that's a song. So I always wanted to dance on that song. So I was watching. I mean, I just play music and do all my household chores. So I was listening to this song and I felt like, okay, let me just go and dance few steps on looking at the song and I literally was able to dance on that song. So I was like so proud of myself that at least, okay, I was able to take some steps. Eight has got all difficult steps, which I never thought I will be able to do it. So yes, that's a confidence also that I got. And at the same time, being able to, because I was fit enough, I was able to dance on it earlier because of my weight and because of the low confidence, I was like, okay, I'll not even try think about dancing. So yes, even now I'm still a bad dancer, but at least, okay, I can just come and just move my body around the songs. Even I'm a band dancer, so. But what matters, what I can see from the conversation, what I took from the conversation is you wanted to socialize, you wanted to connect with other people. That was important to you. And you connected that reason to your fitness and your health so that you can be more social, you can have the confidence to go out and do things which you always wanted to do. Super awesome. So to wind up this session, what would you tell to any person? Just say, swapna is Starting back today. Okay. This is the first day for her. What would you tell this few months back if she's starting back, what would you recommend or say what she has to do? Some suggestion? That's a good question. I would say like you will not see the results immediately but then being consistent will show up the results eventually. And then workout is not just for losing weight but then it's also because you want to be it and then you don't want to hit about with any other health problems. Workout helps you with all those things. So I would say but working out helps you. Yes. So be consistent and have a little long term approach and just start small. Just taking action will going to give you results. Just not tomorrow but someday in the future. And you will definitely thank yourself and super awesome Sopna to great to have you in the community and it's just the beginning. What we are trying to achieve is much more better results than what we have done and keep being more consistent and thank you for doing this. Thank you for being in that QR series. Thanks Ravi. Puneeth Srinivasan
Aerospace Engineer
Video transcript: Hi, guys. Welcome to today's video and we are in yet another hall of fame video. We are with Punit Srinivasan. He's from Bangalore and he has lost 9.5 kgs in four months. Okay, so I am very excited for the session because I want to learn from the winners who has been part of our community and to help you. Okay, so let's hear from Puneet. Punit, share to the viewers that more about you. What do you do and when you started part of our community, Little bit about you. Yeah. So my name is Puneet and I've been working as IT professional and aerospace engineer by profession, by degree. And it's been like 10 years now in the industry and I've been a Bangalorean all the time. So it's been long now. It's been almost like eight or nine months. I've been a part of Ravi. So it's been from last August. So that was a fantastic. Superb, superb. So a little bit about what does a IT engineer or what does aerospace engineer. How does your day start? How does your day end before you are part of this community? So can you just throw a light on that? Absolutely. So normally when there was. It's like now bc before BC and after bc. So before COVID And after Covid. So before COVID is like we used to at least walk. There was some space to walk, get to labs, come back, work your workstation. So there was some kind of activity which was going on. And physically actually at least walking was going on. I was on my tracker at least. I used to have 8,000 steps at least when I was ABC. So to tell in fitness terms. Right. So when it comes now it's after B.C. i mean, I mean Covid. So most of the times I'm sitting on this chair. So you know that that is more of a sedentary lifestyle. I have to intentionally go out for work, intentionally do a workout if I want to be physically fit. Otherwise you will be prior to so many other calamities. Maybe a back pain. I had a back pain issue before I joined your workout and now it's gone in two months when I was awesome. So now you lost 9.5 kgs in four months. So how did you plan for it and what was the steps you taken? So can you just brief about it? Because everybody wants to lose weight, everybody wants to become fit, but they really don't plan for the success. Okay. And as we all know that if you do not plan for your success, you are just planning for your failure. Okay? So how did you plan? How did you start? And what were the parameters which was really important which you followed through on everyday basis. So go on. Absolutely. So to give a background. So it's been like three years I've been married. I'm just giving a background. So after marriage, you know, in South Indians you get called by all the relatives and you become very fat. So that's how I had gained weight. So I was in the marriage. I had a very good physique. But later marriage, within a year or so I had almost gained 12 kgs or so I had. I was like, I just don't want to be myself. Because I was not able to climb stairs. That dizziness was there. Whenever I was coming, I drive to office. When I in the traffic in Bangalore traffic. If you beat it two hours for sure you will sleep at some of the junction. So when. When I. When I used to come back like I was like fully tired. But my family was like why are you tired? Means we want to talk to you now. So that that energy was not there. So I was like to get only first step which I understood was I need a mentor who can guide me. So that is only one thing I had in my mind. Who knows fitness. So that's how I think I connected with you. And the first day itself you had an orientation session which helped me to plan like go step by step. Not you should have a goal means what do you have to lose in this month? So what you will be losing in the next month, how many months you'll be taking means what will be your diet plan? So that kind of vision or what you want to become should be there always. So that goal is very important. When you are doing without goal, you go nowhere. So you may lose some pounds but you may gain back. But you need to have a proper lifestyle. That is what I learned from you. The first one is goal. Have a proper goal. Okay, good. What is the next step which you followed? The second one is diet is the main important thing like the nutrition. The nutrition part. So if exercises 20% of it, the rest 80% goes with the nutrition. Means no one peeps into your what you are eating, right? So whole day you might be. You might be doing one hour of workout. What you are eating? Are you eating a pizza? Are you eating a burger? So what are you eating junk foods? Is it nutritious and helping your body? So I think nutrition is the second part. Where to follow through on your nutrition journey. Was it difficult for you? Absolutely. Humans when you start off with when you are a kind of person who likes taste and when you go with the nutritious food, you don't get tastier. That means you need to make it yourself intentionally that you need to go into that journey. Means what is your goal? Means you want to be similar, same fat and be called by fat from others or you want to go and hit your target. Means you want to lose some certain kgs and become fitter version of yourself and maybe helping other people also. So that was my intention actually. So it helped me to. So first one is you talked about goals, second one is nutrition. Anything else you followed, anything which you thought that these were like non negotiable item for you? Yeah. So to be frank on my part. So consistency was a very key factor for me because see when you start a fitness journey you have to like 30 days or 90 days if you're hitting for sure. Some days you'll hit a snooze button but you will not wake up for the workout. So the if you're not focused on your goal for sure you'll every now and then and you'll give some excuses. So I didn't, I mean so when I was getting mentored by you, I understood that snooze will make you fatter, better get out of that snooze and come back and do the work. Superb. So let me dig in little deep because consistency or being accountable with themselves, that's been a major challenge with any of my clients we have worked with and that has been a game changer for them when they become consistent. Once they understood they got a rhythm out of it and it was not because of somebody's motivation or somebody pushing them. It was came from within. So it came from within that I have to do. I have to do it with a reason. Okay, so everybody has their own reasons. What was your reason? And was a strong reason an important part for your consistency? Yes, absolutely. So when I started off it's not only the first journey of my fitness, but I had been previously with a lot of applications I used to download, not one or two. I should download multiples and I still peep into each of the applications and check which will benefit me. Maybe a back pain or it may be related to weight loss. And I've done it also so that I've for sure lost. Consistency means I might do it in one or two days a week, but later something in the job or something will trigger me not to do it. So here what important thing, the whole agenda of being consistent in this is the soul. The soul of this is the community, actually. So when you have a competition between among yourselves, the peer. Peers in the community. So I got like, why should. Why that person is losing certain weight? Why can't I do it? So that kind of a mindset that the mindset changed because each person's mindset I got to know through this. Like what should be a. If you want to lose a weight, what should be the mindset? Are you still thinking that negative things and you're working out that will I lose weight or not? Is your question. Then for sure you'll be at the same weight. But mindset is very important and I've been coached by you for the same. So that was a very important thing. And that's how consistency has helped me getting up every day. Because there's a community around and I have some, some competition around. And also. And it's a healthy competition in fact as such. And also there's a. We can learn from each other. So that's, that's the part of it. And your master class classes are also helping me out to become consistent. And you should focus on one topic at a time to get you. You mentioned let's revise everything for a viewer. If you are looking this video, I want you to transform. That's the goal of making these videos. Okay, so first thing is the goal. Second thing is a proper nutrition. Third thing is we talked about is mindset. Okay. And consistency is the fourth thing where we were just discussing little bit detail in mindset. But consistency, where he told about his goals helped him to become more consistent. Where the peer group or the community was important for him to become more consistent. Okay. So when there is a healthy competition between you and some of your friend, colleagues, somebody you get charged with that. Yes. So a lot of studies have shown that to be true. Now let's go to mindset. Okay, so mindset everybody. Like, okay, we need to be in mindset. We should have a will of like iron will. Yeah. That all things is good said and done. But when you have to follow this, when you need to do it every day, then how do you develop that mindset? How do you become or improve your willpower? Because willpower is limited. Right. And how do you make sure your mindset you are following through on your journey? Okay, so normally when I'm going to sleep, so first thing what I do is like you should have a purpose why I'm waking up. So my thing was like first thing in the morning I have to wake up and do workout. So that itself my willpower is improved. Actually it's not diminished. So which is adding first thing every day, which I'm doing is the workout as you know that I'll just come in and plug in because I wake up at 6:30 and I plug in with seven. So that's how with me actually. So the mindset mostly comes when you believe that you your results, you will achieve your results. So you should for me actually whenever I'm getting with the negative thoughts and just doing some affirmations to get back to normal with a positive one. So that mindset is proper that I will lose this weight. So if I'm just considering from the fitness point that I'm mentioning like this much amount of weight I'm losing, that is that will be done for sure. Because I am believing it and I'm doing it every day consistently. So the journey is important. You should because when we were in the workout today morning also we understood like one point means we were discussing like we underestimate what we do it in one day or one month and we underestimate what we do it in a year actually means. So we need to not overestimate in a month, but underestimate. We do it underestimate in a year. So, so we have to flip it. Like you overestimate what we do it in a day and underestimate what we do in a year. Because everybody in a day, they have so many things, okay, There are so many things, they want to do it in a year, but they neglect that what compound effect it can happen like one thing, if you become consistent with that for one year, you will be a different level altogether. Because all of us want to be next year doing something, but they don't plan it for the day, they don't plan it for today. It's always about, okay, after one year this will happen or after five years this will happen. It's always one day at a time. Yeah. So perfect. Perfect. So to mindset, what you did is you went ahead with just waking up and eating your frog brain. Tracy talks about eat your frog first thing in the day. Whatever you do not like it, whatever you are afraid to do, eat that first. Okay, so you were afraid of working out, you were afraid of missing to work out. And you started hitting it everyday morning when you wake up, just get in the workout and finish it. And once you finish it, that feeling is different, isn't it? That feeling is yes, I achieved, I achieved it. Yeah. Super great start. Now how has your other aspects of your life been improved how? Like we talked about your overall fitness. Okay. Weight has been reduced, you are feeling more energy. All these things is good. How about other aspects like your career does has it impact? Because this is my question. It has helped mine. But I want to understand from others perspective that what does just your health and fitness coming on track, how does it impact other parameters? That might be your relationship, that might be finances, that might be in terms of career, your job, all these things. So go ahead. So absolutely. So come to this. Actually it means mostly whenever I go through a YouTube video or something, right? So I my intention is how I can become a success. I can inculcate a subscript successful habits actually. So when I see those habits, the first habit in there is they are going with the workout or someone some fitness thing. So that is the first priority in their list actually. So if I want to be successful then for sure you should have that habit within you. So for that you have to. What I can say is like not compromising on the exact lifestyle or something but you have to include that part in your life. So that has means. Let me consider if I was waking up at 7:30 or 8, why can't I wake up one hour before and work do that successful habit which will help me in long run. And adding that what has improved my lifestyle is like now after 8 o'clock I'm out of the workout. Now I have ample of time like freshing up till I get to work like 9:30 or something, hit it till 5. So now I'm straight. Previously I was getting exhausted by three or something. Now I'm able to eat it till six also sitting working out. And also now my family is also interested in working out. So you have a family around and now you have got your family and you have a healthy successful family. So it's not like you alone getting successful. You can include your family. And when you are including a successful habit, I urge like you should involve your family with him so that they know and they get the benefit. Also it's not. You shouldn't be a selfish guy within the family getting all the benefits. Very important point and very important for the next generation. So your kid is three years now? One year, three months. One years. Okay. She also every day I see her in the workout, she is jumping around, she is hearing the music, she is jumping around. So it's important that we give a right example to the next generation, isn't it? So the kids, they just learn by seeing. And every day we are just sitting around in a chair and we are not moving. Maybe they think that is life. Yeah. So moving around when we are every day doing some exercise, keeping our body fit, then they think that is life. Yeah. So awesome. Awesome. Puneet, this point, I think we need to drive forward this point to each and everyone. And in India where the obesity levels is increasing every day and the mortality level due to obesity which can cause in a lot of issues like heart attack or going into a diabetes and many other issues which can come due to the obesity. And that's been our mission as a community here to help 100,000 people to become physically and mentally fit. Perfect. So that was a great interview, Punath. I look forward for you to hit your next milestone, what you set for yourself in your goals. Okay. And those of you would like to know exactly what Puneet followed, what system Puneet followed and all the things regarding mindset, nutrition and overall workout from a certified fitness trainer. That's me. My name is Ravi Tej. Then you can go into Tejfitness co Forward slash bootcamp. So my next bootcamp starts on 1st of June, 2021. So go forward and start the next boot camp with me. So it was awesome catching up with you, Punit. Have a great day. God bless. Thank you. Perfect.
